WoW Companion is a Java client/server used to centrally
store character, item, and other data for World of Warcraft.
Data is made available via the Web in XML and other
formats. Frontends for displaying character profiles are also
included.

The client now downloads and updates the WoWC
AddOn if needed each time you launch it. It now
can be launched through a URL (with Java Web
Start). When installed, you are given an option to
make shortcuts on the desktop and start menu. Lots
of bugfixes and feature additions were made,
including support for Honor, Reputation, and
Skills data. New releases were made for the
client, server, add-on, and Web interface.
