XEMPIM is a complete rewrite of EMPIM (the
Excessively Modular Personal Information Manager)
for Mac OS X. It is written in Objective C/Cocoa
to provide maximum compatibility with the OS X
environment. The goal of (X)EMPIM is to create a
core program which implements methods for loading,
unloading, displaying, and communication between
autonomous dynamically loadable modules. Each
module provides a separate aspect of a standard
PIM (Contact List, Calendar, etc).
