Hi,

I tested recent builds and all of them have this problem. C-c `
invokes C-cC-@ (EmacsCVS-Tiger-20051211.dmg) while it invokes C-c@
(EmacsCVS-Tiger-20060312.dmg, EmacsCVS-Tiger-20060325.dmg).

Did you confirm that emacs-inline brings the problem, by comparing a
build WITH emacs-inline and another build WITHOUT emacs-inline?
