If possible, use
(prefer-coding-system   'utf-8)
instead. Since utf-8m is a fake coding system based on utf-8, I don't  
recommend utf-8m in such usual situations.

Also, I think
> (mac-setup-inline-input-method)
is not necessary. The system input-method is on by default, unless  
explicitly turned off.
