Fixed a bug caused by a change made between Pacemaker 1.1.13 and 1.1.14. pg-rex_stop failed to detect an active slave node as the result of the change. Operators won't get a caution on a subsequent failover when the command is to stop the master node in a fully-operating HA cluster against intention, and unable to evade the unintentional failover.
