screen flickering , WIFI stopping working after sleep

I tested - most things is ok but ... If I sleep device and awake I have a bad flickering screen during awaking like changing brightens/rotation screen for few seconds and goes back to normal until I sleep device again ...

Also after sleep ... WiFi icon is grey (off?) and if i switch:it on again WiFi is not finding anything until I reboot device.

On android 8.1 those things not happening.
