Ticket details:
We managed to enable nls for other installer_cross installers than Qt one in #41546. I'm working on some solution also for the Qt case.
This is likely to be final patch of a three patch series, actually enabling nls in those installer_cross builds, after the earlier work makes nls enabled Qt-client build in crosser environment to work.
