Ticket details:
Before implementing #47639, musicspec capstr should be bumped. I think both S3_2 and main should get "...3.2..." capability now, as it's quite likely that there's no need to have 3.3 capability to differ from 3.2 one (we currently have "2.6" capability as there's been no format changes since)
No patch file attached, but review is for running
./scripts/capabilities -c musicspec -s "+Freeciv-musicspec-3.2-Devel-2023-Jun-02"
or whatever the exact date then is, and pushing the results.
