Meson based installer_cross ruledit trouble: #47695 (done)
Meson based installation not compressing scenarios (-> regression in official Windows builds that switch from autotools to meson): #47826 (Need to drop this from alpha1 goals. Fix cause regressions of its own -> postpone to alpha2)
