Currently ruledit runs sanity check on the ruleset data before it's saved. In addition to that, there should be a button to run sanity check when ever user wants, without need to save the ruleset at the same time.
These patches add the button to ruledit, but without further changes on the sanity check side to call the log callback it only tells if the sanity check succeeded or failed.
