qt - wrong size nation flag on cities when zoomed
Anybody looking at this should be aware that Qt-client does not use client-common zoom functionality, but has a tileset scaling implementation of its own (no, I don't know what was the point of this. Performance?) This is not taking place at the drawing time, like zooming, but it rebuilds (or should rebuild) entire tileset in a new size to still be drawn in 1:1 size.
More possible clues -
Seems to be triggered by more different things.
Sometimes also appears in the city dlog.
The incorrect city flag size is the same size as the unit flag.
If this is not same as https://www.hostedredmine.com/issues/857120, it likely still has similar cause.

https://www.hostedredmine.com/issues/857120 has been fixed, and I can't reproduce anything like the problem described in this ticket either. Unless someone else reports still seeing the issue, I'll close this ticket soon.

A bit over month later: closing now.
3.0.0 qt client
triggered by zooming out the map view with "-" key, and then changing a city's owner, in this case I gave a city to an ally. See screen shot.
