Msys2 Makefile.meson build cannot find Qt6, that is now the default qtver-mode. As also building ruledit is the default, this is fatal for all builds.

As also building ruledit is the default

That ruledit gets built for the installers where it does not belong, is a bug in itself. Attached patch resolves this immediate build failure by fixing that bug.
