Units within hiding extra are hidden from players not allied with the extra owner. That check should instead be against alliance with the unit's owner.

1) That's the way equivalent check for transported units work - it's not about transport owner, but the cargo owner
2) Having unit potentially invisible to its own owner break a lot of things
