While looking around for #48185, I noticed that at least the building list in city dialog does not react to the changes of the Small Font setting. Seen on main branch.

Commentaire

Fix to all branches, including S2_6, attached.

Later branches have minor translatable string change that's left out from S2_6 (in permanent string freeze) and S3_0 (not in freeze, but regardless the change is not important enough to break the translations)
