Description du projet

EMAN is a scientific image processing suite with
full Python bindings. While it is mainly
designed to perform single-particle
reconstructions of individual molecules, it may
also have uses for many other imaging methods.
Single particle reconstruction is a method where
projection images of individual molecules in random
orientations are processed to produce a 3D structure
of the molecule in question. The library can process
1-3 dimensional data in a variety of formats, including
a variety of Fourier and real-space filters and many
more esoteric image processing routines.

L'option dfilt fonctionne désormais correctement. Support pour les particules icosaédrique a été améliorée. Respect MRC/CCP4 a été améliorée. Le nouveau "qplot programme" a été ajouté pour les parcelles rapide des données 2D. support des fichiers de plus de 2G a été fixée. Des améliorations ont été apportées au module d'animation EMANimator pour Chimère. Soutien aux Opterons a été améliorée.

icosahedral particles was improved. MRC/CCP4
compliance was improved. The new "qplot" program
was added for quick plots of 2D data. support for
files larger than 2G was fixed. Improvements were
made to the EMANimator animation module for
Chimera. Support for Opterons was improved.
