NetCrypto is a library of functions and a
framework to interface with crypto algorithms
provided by the calling application, built-in, or
provided through shared libraries. It was
developed with some features from OpenSSL in mind
and with some inspiration from OpenSSL's EVP
layer and ENGINE framework.
