FREESECS is an open-source project for SEMI SECS standards. The software is compiled with GNU autotools/GCC and runs on Linux, MacOS X, NetBSD. See http://opensecs.sourceforge.net
SEMI documents include a series of standards.HSMS and SECS2 are basic communication standard.It is better there is a vision on Windows OS.Hope more open source code about SEMI Standard like GEM etc. will be released.Thanks very much!
