save window position and size

save the window position and window size when close
the window.

when open the window next time, new window will be
the same position and same size.

the attached patch file is valid. however the saved
window size not work if the window size was changed.

The function that save a position of windows was deleted by
this request.

Usually I launch 2 or 3 teraterm instance at same time. If
all teraterms are shown at same position, it is not
delightful for me.

TeraTerm 4.58 release includes new option SaveVTWinPos.
