Gtk and Kvantum themes are avilable.

I have recently added most of the Gtk (49) and Kvantum (49) themes that have been used in SbK spins as stand alone packages that can be added to most Linux installs.
You can view the themes here Gtk and here Kvantum.
They are all licensed under the GPL3.
