The Enhanced TightVNC Viewer, SSVNC, adds encryption security to VNC connections. The package provides a GUI for Windows, MacOS X, and Unix that automatically starts up an STUNNEL SSL tunnel for SSL or ssh/plink for SSH connections to any VNC server and then launches the VNC Viewer to use the encrypted tunnel. On Unix and MacOS X, a VNC viewer with many new features is provided. The short name for this project is "ssvnc", for SSL/SSH VNC viewer.

Blackbox is yet another addition to the list of window managers for X. It is
written in C++, sharing no common code with any other window manager (even
though the graphics implementation is similar to that of WindowMaker). It
features small code size, a fast interface with simple menus, multiple
workspaces, decorated windows, built-in graphics code to render solids,
gradients, and bevels on the fly, and more.

BirdFont is a font editor which can create TTF, EOT, and SVG fonts.

Gourmet Recipe Manager is a simple but powerful
recipe managing application that is intended for the
GNOME desktop environment, but should work on
any platform that Gtk supports. It allows you to
collect, search, and organize your recipes, and to
automatically generate shopping lists from your
collection. It aims to make it easy to enter and
organize your recipes with an intuitive interface.

Terminator is an application that provides lots of
terminals in a single window, saving valuable
screen space otherwise wasted on window
decorations and not quite being able to fill the
screen with terminals.

Lilblue Linux is a Gentoo-based, security-enhanced, fully featured XFCE4 desktop system for amd64, built on uClibc. Its userland utilities are not provided by busybox, but by coreutils, util-Linux, etc. It resembles a common Linux system with one exception: It uses uClibc as its standard C library and not the more common glibc, and so brings in some of the advantages of embedded systems. Security enhancements come from Gentoo's hardened toolchain and Grsec/PaX-patched kernel. The fully-featured XFCE4 desktop has software for browsing, email, word processing, multimedia, chat, games, and more.

gurlchecker is a graphical Web link checker. It can work on a whole site, a single local page, or a browser bookmarks file.

TDFSB reads directory information and displays it
as a 3D world. cd'ing into another directory is
possible by simply walking into the assigned
sphere. It also reads images and text files and
displays their contents. It plays MP3 files and MPEG-1 videos as 3D objects.

PerlPanel is an attempt to build a useable, lean panel program (like Gnome's gnome-panel and KDE's Kicker) in Perl, using GTK 2. It has an object-oriented design for easy customisation and extension, and an applet architecture that means that you can create an applet in a matter of minutes.

Gabber is a Jabber client for GNOME. Jabber is a flexible distributed Open Source instant messaging system. It also happens to allow communication with other instant messaging systems, such as ICQ, AIM, Yahoo!, MSN, and even IRC. Gabber aims to implement quite a bit of Jabber's functionality while remaining easy to use.

Knetfilter is a KDE frontend to iptables. It is used with Linux 2.4 to manage the functionality of netfilter. Knetfilter lets you set up most common firewall configurations, as well as perform more sophisticated management of a complex firewall. It is also possible to use an integrated interface to tcpdump and nmap.

CTWM is a highly-configurable window manager based
on the classic TWM window manager. It supports
xpms, multiple workspaces, advanced icon
managment, animated icons and backgrounds, 3D
titles and borders, etc. It offers rudimentary
Gnome support and is backwards-compatible with TWM.

Cheops-ng is a network management tool for mapping and monitoring your
network. It has host/network discovery functionality and OS detection,
and does a port scan of each computer to tell what services are
running. It can probe FTP, HTTP, ssh, email (port 25), news, IMAP, and
VNC to see what version and type of server is running on those ports.
