Gmyclient is designed to be a simple, quick, and powerful way to access your
MySQL database. It provides you with a simple way to change or create database
data. It makes using MySQL very easy.

gqlplus is a front-end to the Oracle command-line
utility sqlplus for Unix. It is functionally
nearly identical to sqlplus, with the addition of
command-line editing and history similar to tcsh
and bash, as well as table name and column name
completion.

Atris Framework is a fully functional platform
independent GUI framework based on the Java/Swing
API. It provides an advanced GUI screen editor with
features including an abstract data layer, pre-built Design
Patterns, data set to visual component mappings,
window management (tiling, last position/size memory),
database/app server login control, preference
management, advanced table and tree management,
advanced data relationship management, automated
management of standard CRUD operations, launching
GUI applications from Web sites directly, table sorting,
column ordering, table searching, in-table editing, and
the ability to import existing visual components in
addition to many other features.

GNU Enterprise Forms is a platform and UI-independent forms system. It reads an XML-based forms definition and creates GUIs for Win32 and GTK. It has a fully data aware widget set and can be used in both 2-tier and n-tier environments.

SqlGui is a graphical database frontend for KDE. Currently MySQL and PostgreSQL are supported. It lists all databases, tables, columns, column types, and their contents. It can create/delete databases or tables and has a small editor for entering SQL queries.

PySQL aims to be a full replacement for sqlplus
(and much more). It has features such as history,
completion, and line editing. It has high level
functions (searching for tables, indexes, count,
explain plan, list of sessions, etc.), proper
output for screen and files (CSV ready for
inclusion in spreadsheets), support for user-defined SQL, background queries, graphical output for the schema data model, object dependencies, a PL/SQL package function call tree, and much more.

I-Man is a Web application which serves as knowledge, general information, or contact database. It aims to be easy to use and tries not to confuse its users with too many options or parameters. Records are simple text, but all kinds of files can be attached to them as well. Users can create multiple categories of data, and the application features (optional) fine-grained user permissions. Multiple languages are supported, and Firebird/Interbase, MySQL, SQLite, or PostGreSQL can be used as a database.

gmmusic is a GNOME database frontend to handle your entire music collection, consisting of songs on CDs,CD- ROMs, MP3s (development tree only), LPs, Singles, Minidiscs, audio, and video tapes. For handling CDs, freedb is fully supported. Besides managing data, it can also print inventory lists and nice trays for CDs and CD-ROMs.

pxlib is a simple and small C library for reading and writing
Paradox DB files. It supports all versions starting from
3.0. It currently has a very limited set of functions,
like opening a DB file, reading its header, and reading
every single record. It can also extract blob data and
write it to a file. Support for writing Paradox DB files is still very experimental.

ASSE is a general-purpose, GUI-based Sybase data editor. If you use tools like SQL Advantage or Emacs SQL Mode for accessing and editing Sybase data, you may find ASSE more convenient.

BOND (building object network databases) is database development framework for rapidly creating applications. It creates live forms for the Web with AJAX and desktop applications using GTK. Using XML to define widget layouts, it drives the live forms to which SQL statements and methods can be attached.
