The Java Fiscal Device API is a medium-level API to
communicate with fiscal devices such as fiscal printers. It
handles the communication protocol, the formatting and
parsing of the protocol packets, and provides event-based
notification for certain events such as out-of-paper events. It
was made for Hasar printers (in use in Argentina and other
countries) but also works fine with Epson printers.

Thokbook is a personal library system. It is
intended for medium-to-large individual
collections (several thousand books). Using
thokbook, you can add books via ISBN or EAN
(usually via a barcode scanner of some kind), get
information from Amazon.com (so you don't have to
type in the information for the vast majority of
your books), and create Web pages so you can list
all your books or search them. You can also check
books in and out and record who checked them out.

The UniversalContainer class is an attempt to provide a class which can act in a manner similar to the untyped variables, arrays, and hash-maps found in popular scripting languages such as Perl and PHP. The result is a class that can hold a wide variety of data and meta-data in a very flexible structure. UniversalContainers can hold integers, doubles, booleans, single characters, strings, and wide character strings. UniversalContainers may also be used as associative maps between strings and other UniversalContainers, or as arrays of UniversalContainers. Routines for database access and REST programming are included, including a JSON serialization engine.

Tema is a macro processor and template engine for
the Java platform. Its features include
extensibility, database access, and Apache Ant
integration via custom tasks.

AndroidUtils is a small collection of classes and methods for Android. It includes logic for inspecting and manipulating strings, handling GET and POST requests to a Web server, logging, deriving address information from longitude and latitude, checking and manipulating date values, and more.

DeforaOS Player is a media player for the DeforaOS desktop environment. It embeds mplayer within a GTK+ application, and supports every audio and video format that mplayer supports.

Banjo is non-GUI javabean that provides consumer
applications with a list of the ten latest
applications that have been posted on
freshmeat.net. It provides both "push" and "pull"
interfaces to the data.

LynxFS is a filesystem driver for LynxOS
filesystem images. It is based on FUSE. The LynxOS
filesystem appears to be very similar to BSD's
FFS. This driver may be of use to people
inspecting or debugging embedded systems.
