NVIDIA Dock is a tray icon for easy management of
the settings for NVIDIA video cards. Double
clicking opens the nvidia-settings control panel
installed by the official NVIDIA drivers. It will
also display the card GPU temperature in a tool
tip and on the menu if the video card supports it.

Hoc, the High Order Calculator, is an interpreted language for floating-point calculations. Its most basic use is as a powerful and convenient calculator, interactively evaluating expressions such as 1+2*sin(0.7). But hoc is no ordinary calculator: It also lets you assign values to variables, define your own functions, and use loops, conditionals, and everything else you'd expect in a programming language.

GTK2 Text Editor is a simple Unicode text editor that supports many encodings. It works as a nice Notepad replacement, and can also be used as an encoding converter. It supports multi-level undo, right to left text (as in Hebrew), and other Unicode features. It can auto-close an XML/HTML tag. There is no syntax highlighting yet.

Glyphtracer takes a picture of several letters. It detects individual letters and allows the user to tag them to Unicode code points. These are then vectorized and passed to Fontforge for finalization.

Seetxt is a lightweight text file and man page viewer for X windows. It maintains "document meta-data" for each user, allowing them to automatically keep bookmarks and highlights for read-only system files. It also has a "server mode" so that command line requests can be sent to a single running server rather than starting multiple instances. Other features include hypertext-style apropos (man page) searches, file monitoring, multi-level regular expression searching, a command history, and nice little toggle lights on the interface for the server and file monitor. There's also cross-application drag-n-drop support, and handy little features that allow you to view the output of shell commands and process the text buffer with an external command (sed, awk, grep, perl, etc.) Seetxt is POSIX compliant.
